Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using ajsarcione.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this website.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site including text, frameworks, methodologies, and brand assets including The Moment Before™, IdentityFlow™, Authentic Authority™, and the Resonance Revolution are the intellectual property of AJ Sarcione and Intivine, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.
Services
AJ Sarcione provides consulting, coaching, speaking, facilitation, and related services through Intivine, Inc. Service engagements including Performance Reset, Peak Performance Reset, Check-In Sessions, and all other coaching and advisory offerings are subject to the terms below and any separate agreements or statements of work. Pricing, scope, and terms are established through direct consultation or confirmed at the time of booking.
Coaching Sessions
All coaching and performance preparation sessions including Performance Reset, Peak Performance Reset, and Check-In Sessions are subject to the following terms.
These sessions are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. AJ Sarcione is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health concern please consult a licensed professional.
What is shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent except where required by law. General observations may be shared in anonymized form for educational or marketing purposes only without any identifying information.
Full payment is required before sessions begin. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place. If a session is cancelled by AJ Sarcione for any reason a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost at your preference.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before each scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session are subject to availability and a $50 rescheduling fee per session.
No specific outcome, result, or performance improvement is guaranteed. Results vary based on individual readiness, engagement, and circumstances.
For sessions involving a participant 22 and under the parent or guardian confirms consent on behalf of the participant by completing payment. By submitting payment you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.
MatchboxRoom Membership
The following terms apply to MatchboxRoom, AJ Sarcione's SMS-based coaching membership operated by Intivine, Inc.
Description of Service
MatchboxRoom is a daily SMS coaching service that provides members with AI-powered coaching conversations through AJai, a coaching presence built on AJ Sarcione's methodology. The service includes daily morning activations, text-based coaching exchanges, and delivery of identity tools based on membership tier.
AI Coaching Disclosure
AJai is an AI-powered coaching presence. It is not AJ Sarcione. It is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching responses are generated by an AI model trained on AJ Sarcione's methodology, frameworks, and content. AJai does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If something heavy comes up that needs real human care, AJai will direct you to appropriate resources.
Membership Tiers
MatchboxRoom is available in three tiers: a Free tier, a Light tier, and a Premium tier. The Free tier provides limited daily exchanges and web-based tool access. The Light and Premium tiers are paid memberships that include expanded daily exchanges and additional identity tools delivered in the thread. Full tier details, including exchange limits, included tools, and current pricing, are described at the point of signup at matchboxroom.ajsarcione.com.
Billing
The Light and Premium memberships are billed monthly. By enrolling in a paid tier, you authorize Intivine, Inc. to charge your payment method the monthly amount for your selected tier, and to continue charging that amount each month until you cancel. All billing is processed through Stripe. Current pricing is disclosed at signup.
Cancellation
You may cancel your MatchboxRoom membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. Your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges will be made after you cancel. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
SMS Consent
By enrolling in MatchboxRoom, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from MatchboxRoom (+1 808 707 7275) at the phone number you provide at signup. This includes daily morning activation messages and coaching exchange responses. Message frequency varies based on tier and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support.
Service Availability
MatchboxRoom and AJai are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability. No refunds are issued for temporary service interruptions.
Limitation of Results
No specific coaching outcome, personal development result, or performance improvement is guaranteed. AJai is a reflection and accountability tool. What you get from it matches what you bring to it.
Governing Law
These membership terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, consistent with the governing law of the main Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Results described are illustrative of client experiences and are not guaranteed. Individual results may vary based on circumstances, engagement, and effort.
Limitation of Liability
Intivine, Inc. and AJ Sarcione shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any services described herein.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
