Matchbox Room SMS Coaching Service

The following additional terms apply to members of Matchbox Room, AJ Sarcione's SMS-based coaching service operated by Intivine, Inc.

What We Collect

When you sign up for Matchbox Room, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. During the course of the service, we collect the content of your SMS coaching conversations with AJai, an AI-powered coaching presence. We also collect usage data including message timestamps, session frequency, and tool completion status.

How Your Data Is Used

Your conversation data is used to power the AJai coaching experience, to personalize your morning activations, and to maintain continuity across sessions. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used to train AI models. Anthropic, the provider of the underlying AI model, does not use API conversation data for training by default.

Third-Party Processors

Matchbox Room uses the following third-party services to deliver the product. Each has its own privacy practices.

  • Twilio: SMS message delivery and phone number management
  • Anthropic: AI language model processing for coaching responses
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Netlify: Hosting and serverless function execution
  • Airtable: Member foundation data storage
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery

SMS Data and Opt-Out

By enrolling in Matchbox Room, you consent to receive SMS messages from Matchbox Room at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your tier and activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Opting out will end SMS delivery immediately.

SMS Consent and Opt-In Data

Your SMS opt-in and consent data is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. No mobile information collected as part of SMS opt-in is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The third-party processors listed above receive only the data necessary to deliver the service to you.

Data Retention

Coaching conversation data is retained for the duration of your active membership plus 90 days following cancellation. At the end of that period, conversation data is permanently deleted. Member profile and foundation data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Rights

In addition to the rights described in the GDPR and CCPA section above, Matchbox Room members may request access to, export of, or deletion of their coaching conversation data at any time by contacting info@getyourshine.com.

AI-Generated Coaching

Matchbox Room uses AJai, an AI-powered coaching presence built on AJ Sarcione's methodology. AJai is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching conversations with AJai are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact 988 (US) or your local emergency services.
